Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Educator to join our Australia team on a full-time basis, delivering high-quality early learning and care in nurturing centres.

You will support play-based learning aligned with EYLF, help create a safe, inclusive environment, build strong relationships with children and families, and assist with daily routines and supervision.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Experience as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Support play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
• Support daily routines, activities and supervision.
• Contribute to meeting National Quality Standards (NQS).
