Educational Visits Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an efficient and effective administrator to support all school trips and educational visits.

The postholder will be the primary user of the EVOLVE trips management system, ensuring all visit documentation is accurately completed, processed promptly, and compliant with school policies.

Reporting to the Assistant Head Co-Curricular & Character Education, this role involves close collaboration with teaching and support staff leading trips, external providers, students, and parents/guardians.

The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a proactive approach with initiative to complete tasks efficiently.

This role offers a competitive salary, generous benefits, and is on a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week during term time plus 2 weeks (38 weeks/year), Monday to Friday, 0830-1630. Some flexibility may be discussed.
