An exciting opportunity awaits for a junior digital learning developer eager to make a difference in the educational consulting sector. This role focuses on crafting tailored learning content for large-scale IT projects, particularly those involving Oracle products. You will leverage your creativity and communication skills to enhance user training and support for new systems. With comprehensive training provided, this position offers a unique blend of remote and onsite work, allowing you to engage with innovative technologies while contributing to impactful government projects. If you're passionate about digital adoption and ready for an immediate start, this could be the perfect fit for you.
I have an exciting new opportunity for a junior level digital learning/educational content developer. We are adding to our educational consulting practice to service our existing Government and Public Sector client projects in the UK. These projects are large scale IT implementations focusing on Oracle Fusion and Oracle JD Edwards software.
We are looking for a candidate who has a solid understanding of ‘Digital Adoption Platforms’ such as ‘Walkme’ or ‘Whatfix’. The product we use is an in-house Oracle product called ‘Oracle Guided Learning’ (OGL), a relatively new but already well-developed product that is implemented as standard on all new Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. OGL operates on similar principles as Walkme and Whatfix learning platforms.
The role will be to work under existing project management guidance to develop learning content tailored to a specific client project business process. The content you develop will be used to train and support end users on the new IT systems.
We offer full training for the role, including in-depth education on all Oracle products and project management.
What we need you to have a passion for is ‘digital adoption platforms’ and a solid understanding of business processes. You need to be creative and have excellent communication skills.
You will need to pass through UK government security clearance (we will arrange this for you). This will be either baseline or standard security clearance, depending on the project assignment. As such, you will need to have been a UK citizen for 5+ years and a UK passport holder to qualify for this role.
This role is an immediate start and will be a blend of work from home and onsite work; mostly you will be working remotely. You may be required to attend training and meetings in Europe from time to time.
Initially, we are proposing this as a contract opportunity. If after the initial engagement period both sides agree, the role will become a full-time and permanent position.
To apply, please e-mail your up-to-date CV in Word format. Immediate interviews are available for candidates with the correct skills, experience, and availability.
Applicants must be able to work in the UK and qualify for UK Government Security Clearance.
