Job summary

Beaumont Primary Academy is seeking an Educational Teaching Assistant to support pupils with and without special educational needs. You will assist teachers, prepare resources, and help deliver tailored strategies within mainstream classes and the additional resourced provision.

Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf ofBeaumont Primary Academy

Required / Start date: as soon as possible

We are looking for someone to work under the guidance of class teachers/senior staff to implement and oversee agreed tasks with individuals/groups, both inside and outdoors and to maintain provision and resources in order to ensure high quality learning experiences for all pupils. This could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas and will involve assisting the teacher in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources.

This is an exciting opportunity for Teaching Assistants to join Beaumont Primary Academy. The role will predominantly be supporting children with special educational needs within mainstream classes and the additionally resourced provision. There will also be some intervention work.
