Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting Educational Support Workers for a specialist school in Kirkby. You will support pupils with additional needs, delivering personalised learning and lifeskills activities in a nurturing setting.

Role includes 1:1 or small group support, personal care where needed, and collaboration with teachers and therapists to create a safe, engaging learning experience.

The Role
  • Support pupils with personalised learning, communication and lifeskills development

  • Graduates considering a career in teaching, psychology, therapy or SEND
