Educational Psychologist - Swindon

Pay Rate: Daily rate is £628.71 limited per day or £1257.42 per EHCN assessment.

Location: Swindon, Southwest England.

Responsibilities include in-person assessments, with consideration for remote assessments in accordance with AEP guidance. The position is ongoing as long as vacancies exist in the EPS.

Swindon Educational Psychology Service is seeking locum support to provide advice for Education, Health and Care needs assessments. Two days are allocated per assessment, with payment upon report submission. The role involves face-to-face work in Swindon schools, with report writing and admin tasks performed from home. An office is available centrally for those who prefer to work onsite. The post holder will report to the Principal and/or Deputy Educational Psychologist, with IT equipment provided. Attendance at virtual CPD and team meetings is encouraged, with informal supervision available as needed.

While in-person assessments are preferred, remote assessments are considered if conducted in line with AEP Guidance for Remote Workers.
