Educational Psychologists (full/part-time, permanent)

Soulbury A scale points 3 – 8 starting point A5 (plus up to 3 SPA)

Plus: Outer London Weighting, compulsory car allowance and paid parking

We are offering a welcome payment of £4,000 (paid after 6 months, on completion of successful probation) plus a generous annual retention payment of £4,000.

We are looking to recruit full or part-time, permanent, suitably qualified and registered Educational Psychologists to join our team in September 2025 or sooner. We welcome applications from experienced psychologists or third-year trainees.

We are a committed team undertaking statutory work for Croydon Council, trading psychology time with local schools. We have a strong reputation with our schools, working in partnership with local teams and maintaining excellent relationships with head teachers and agencies. Requirements: An honours degree in psychology recognized by the British Psychological Society, a recognized postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology, and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
