A local council in Scotland is seeking an Educational Psychologist to improve educational outcomes for children, particularly those who are vulnerable. As a service, we focus on early intervention and prevention, reducing the poverty-related attainment gap, and developing nurture approaches across sectors including early years, primary, secondary, and specialist educational provisions. We are committed to enhancing the lives of children who are care experienced. The Service encourages and supports innovative and creative practices. Educational psychologists work across all levels within the local authority, from direct work with young people and families (0-25 years old) to capacity building with staff and strategic development and implementation.
