Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join their team. The role involves conducting face-to-face assessments for children as part of the Education, Health and Care Plan process. Candidates should hold relevant postgraduate training and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Local Authority. This position pays £592.02 per day, expected to last 9 to 10 months.

Qualifications

Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Educational Psychologist to join a supportive and well-regarded team. This role focuses on carrying out and completing statutory assessments, preferably face to face ones, as part of the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face assessments of children and young people as part of EHCP needs assessments
  • Liaise effectively with relevant departments and professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in line with statutory guidance and service standards
