Educational Psychologist
Location: Birmingham (Remote & Travel to Sites in the Region)
Salary: Up to 63,000 per annum (Pro Rata)

We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing provider of education, care, and supported living services for children and young adults with additional needs. They are now looking to appoint a passionate and experienced Educational Psychologist to join their expanding team. This is a part-time position offering a blend of remote working and travel to services across the Birmingham region.

The Role: As an Educational Psychologist, you will support the emotional, behavioural, and cognitive development of young people across a range of educational and care settings. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you\'ll play a vital role in assessments, planning, and interventions to ensure every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and produce detailed reports
  • Support Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes
  • Advise on strategies to support learning and wellbeing
  • Deliver training and guidance to staff and carers
  • Contribute to a person-centred, outcomes-driven culture

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (Doctorate or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEND, SEMH, or neurodiverse needs
