An established industry player is seeking dedicated Educational Psychologists to assist with EHC assessments amidst a growing demand. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or face-to-face, allowing you to manage your workload effectively. With the opportunity to earn incentives for high volumes of assessments, this position not only supports your professional growth but also contributes significantly to the community. Join a supportive environment with a market-leading payroll system, ensuring your financial peace of mind. If you're ready to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
You’re probably all too aware of the shortage of professionals to complete EHC Assessments, and with a 23% rise in demand for assessments from 2021 to 2022, services are in need of your support.
We are currently working with a range of services who are looking for Educational Psychologists to complete EHC assessments, helping with backlogs caused by this rise in demand.
You will be able to work flexibly and manage your own workload, with the ability to work remotely or face to face, completing assessments at a volume you are comfortable with taking on. That being said, Leaders in Care can offer incentives for volume of assessments if you are able to help our partners with significant volumes of assessments per month.
Due to the ad hoc nature, the assessments also fall outside IR35.
Leaders in Care have also received 580 5* Google reviews. This means weekly check-ins, support on your placement, and a market-leading timesheet & payroll system that means Fridays are no longer a stress of refreshing your bank to see if your money is coming!
