The North East Lincolnshire Community Educational Psychology Service is deeply committed to making a positive impact in our community through our work as applied Educational Psychologists within a Local Authority.
Under new management and guided by our EMBRACE framework, we support the wider Local Authority vision of "Our Children, Our Future," emphasizing connection, belonging, and strong partnerships. We focus on using psychological skills to promote supportive relationships, inclusivity, and person-centred principles.
We are seeking qualified HCPC registered Educational Psychologists and those soon to qualify to support service development, including offering training, supervision, and therapeutic assessments.
Working within this team, you will be professionally challenged, valued, and embraced. You will contribute to shaping our psychology service, providing high-quality advice and guidance for statutory duties and traded support to schools, including project work and training programs such as ELSA, National Autistic Programmes, Emotion Coaching, and Relational Approaches.
You will have access to offices in Grimsby Town Centre and collaborate with services such as Public Health, Social Care, and Family Hubs. This hybrid role promotes work-life balance, with CPD, supervision, and growth opportunities.
