  • Offer expert guidance in appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal and represent during hearings when required.
  • Engage in consultation, assessment, and planning within designated schools to support targeted services.
  • Lead training sessions to improve teaching quality, addressing SEN and barriers to learning effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate school interventions, sharing exemplary practices and outcomes.
  • Contribute to policy development alongside colleagues, creating evidence-based improvements.
  • Stay updated with ongoing professional development in psychology and educational practices.
  • Prioritise safeguarding, adhering to child and adult protection policies to ensure welfare and safety.
