This role involves being responsible for overseeing students on their assigned caseload who have an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) and declared ALS. This role involves following the complete learner journey for these students, which includes consultation, initial assessment, annual reviews, regular meetings with the student, and building relationships with and liaising with parents/carers.Additionally, the EHCP Coordinator will work within the Inclusion and Support team, to lead on identifying students' needs and supporting curriculum in making reasonable adjustments. They will collaborate closely with the Learning Support Manager and Inclusion and Support Coordinator to advise on the deployment of support, addressing the range of needs and resourcing requirements.This position may require working at more than one College Centre on a regular basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for an EHCP Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working on diverse projects that have a real impact.
