Salary: £98 per day
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: 09:00 - 15:15

Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate Educational Health Care Assistant to support students with medical, physical, and emotional needs. You will work closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure students receive tailored care and can fully participate in their education.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support students with medication, mobility, and personal care
  2. Assist with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in the classroom
  3. Promote a safe, positive learning environment
  4. Monitor student well-being and maintain accurate records
  5. Facilitate inclusion during breaks and activities
  6. Communicate with parents, carers, and professionals
  7. Help implement healthcare plans alongside medical staff
Person Specification:
  1. Experience working with children or young adults in education or healthcare
  2. Understanding of medical and learning needs
