Job summary

Oasis Academy Don Valley in Sheffield invites applications for a Cluster Facilities Assistant to support the daily operations of the Academy, including grounds and buildings upkeep, and to help manage the Facilities Team.

The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting as early as 7am and finishing by 6pm; occasional evenings or weekend overtime may be required and cover at Oasis Academy Fir Vale and Watermead.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations in an educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Academy, including grounds and building upkeep.
• Assist in management of the Facilities Team to ensure high service levels.
• Contribute to Health & Safety compliance and incident reporting.
