Partnering with 260+ world-class educational partners, including prestigious universities, global brands and industry partners, we offer our 20 million-strong learner community the opportunity to discover and access flexible, high-quality online courses and degrees.

We’re not here just to teach new skills (although we do that well), we want to help transform lives. FutureLearn is looking to build our teams with people who share our passion for lifelong learning, career empowerment and education for all. If that sounds like you, get in touch. You could help us achieve our biggest goal yet – becoming the world’s best AI-powered, career-based learning platform and OPM.

What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for highly-motivated, results driven individuals to join our team of Educational Consultants. As an Educational Consultant you’ll make a difference by advising and enrolling students from all over the world onto a range of online undergraduate and postgraduate programmes from leading British universities and business schools.

You’ll answer requests for information, “warm leads” no cold calling, and you’ll guide candidates through the application and admission processes until programme payment and enrolment.

We are looking for sales-experienced people, ideally within the contact centre / phone sales world, although we welcome applications from all who are keen on education, sales, and are looking for a long term job.

What does success look like?
  • Build rapport and develop relationships with prospective students.
  • Guide students through the admissions and application process, from initial contact to program enrolment.
  • Respond to information requests and assist students in understanding their study options.
  • Effectively manage "warm" leads through phone, email, and web-based platforms.
  • Achieve measurable results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Support prospective students in making informed decisions about their education.
What you will bring to the table:
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and establish rapport with prospective students.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially via phone, email, and web platforms.
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in contact centre or phone sales roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, with Salesforce being an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce is our main tool.
What we offer you:
  • 28 days of Annual Leave plus UK Public Holidays
  • Roll over up to 5 days Holiday
  • Access to FutureLearn courses
  • Westfield Health Cash Plan
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Season Ticket Loan
  • Charity work – 1 day dedicated to a charity of your choice
