About the Role:

As an Educational Consultant, you will be a key architect in designing and developing innovative learning experiences that transform how students approach their exams in subjects such as Physics, Economics, Finance, Accounting. You will drive the creation of high-quality educational content, ensuring alignment with diverse international curricula and standards, with a strong focus on effective exam preparation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Content Development: Conceptualize and develop comprehensive educational content strategies for online learning platforms and digital tools, focusing on a range of subjects including Physics, Economics, Finance, Accounting with a primary emphasis on exam preparation.
• Curriculum Mastery: Deeply understand and apply various educational standards (CBSE, ICSE, NCERT, Cambridge, IB, IGCSE, etc.) to ensure content alignment and relevance across a variety of subjects, with a focus on preparing students for assessments.
• Content Analysis & Optimization: Conduct rigorous analysis of existing content, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance learning outcomes and exam readiness across different subject areas.
• Innovation & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and refine cutting-edge learning resources that leverage emerging technologies, including LLMs and AI concepts, with a view to improving exam performance.
• Clear Communication & Content Excellence: Craft clear, concise, and engaging content that simplifies complex concepts within Physics, Economics, Finance, Accounting employing exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, tailored for effective exam study.
• Trend Awareness: Stay at the forefront of digital learning trends and integrate innovative pedagogical approaches into content strategy for a diverse range of subjects, particularly those that support effective exam preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in educational content strategy and development for digital learning environments, with a focus on exam preparation.
• A strong background in education, including teaching, professorship, learning consulting, or related roles, with experience in preparing students for assessments.
• Expert knowledge of curricula and international educational standards across subjects such as History or Legal/Law, with an understanding of effective exam preparation techniques.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning materials tailored for exam success across various subjects.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for content evaluation and optimization, with a focus on improving exam outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering resources that aid exam preparation.
• A passion for leveraging technology to enhance educational outcomes across a broad curriculum, with a particular interest in improving exam performance.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI concepts in relation to education and their potential to support exam preparation.
