Integra Education North Ltd is seeking an organised Administrative PA to support a neurodivergent student under an EOTAS package. The role focuses on administrative duties while helping the student build independence for further education and future employment.

Based in Baildon/Shipley with office duties and occasional home visits, the position offers part-time hours (15–20 h/w) at £19–£23 per hour. Remote/online consideration is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background and experience as PA/EA.
• Excellent IT proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Proactive, methodical, and reliable with attention to detail.
• Confidentiality and professional boundaries in work.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to support neurodiverse individuals with sensitivity.

Responsabilités

• Email & communication management; draft responses and manage deadlines.
• Organise tasks, maintain to-do lists and digital filing systems.
• Support planning, time management and independence at a low-stimulus pace.
• Handle admin tasks for learning program, UCAS applications and transitions.
• Collaborate with parents and professionals and MDT as needed.
