A leading company is seeking an Education Welfare Officer to join their integrated Education Welfare Team in Enfield. The successful candidate will promote regular school attendance, support vulnerable pupils, and enforce statutory responsibilities. This role is on a 3-month contract, with potential extensions, offering a pay rate of £20.34 to £25.15 per hour.
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of an Education Welfare Officer on a 3month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary:
As part of an integrated Education Welfare Team the Education Welfare Officer (EWO) works collaboratively with schools families and partner agencies to promote regular school attendance and enforce statutory responsibilities. The role includes safeguarding supporting vulnerable pupils legal enforcement and advising on child employment and performance licensing.
