Location: Askham Bryan College, York

Salary: £27,270 - £29,676 per annum, pro rata

In this exciting role, you'll lead the delivery of our bespoke Level 5 Learning & Skills Teacher Apprenticeship programme. You'll work closely with key departments to ensure the success and growth of this unique initiative.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the Askham Bryan Educator Programme
• Support colleagues' development through mentoring & lesson observations
• Ensure programme quality & compliance
• Drive improvements in teaching practice
• Promote a supportive, collaborative environment for all

What We're Looking For:

• Degree-level qualification & PGCE teaching qualification
• Proven leadership and teaching experience
• Strong mentoring, coaching & people skills
• Knowledge of teaching, learning & assessment strategies
