Job summary

The Field Studies Council Margam Discovery Centre is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide the education team, oversee curriculum delivery, and contribute to strategic management alongside the Centre Manager.

This permanent, full-time role at Margam in Wales involves around 37.5 hours per week with a starting salary of approximately £33,357 per year and a benefits package to support staff wellbeing and work-life balance in a beautiful countryside setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an education team in a learning or conservation context.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and manage performance.
• Experience delivering curriculum and coordinating educational programmes.
