• Be able to work within a year group team to help plan and deliver lessons.

• Understand the importance of an inclusive environment, have high expectations of pupil behaviour and values the importance of relationships, belonging and wellbeing.
• Have experience of working with children with SEND and a proven track record of helping all children make good progress from their starting points.
• Be a team player who is welcoming and has excellent interpersonal skills, working with a high level of professionalism.
• Be able to work well with a job share.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons within the Year 1 team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent progression across the year group.
