Job summary

St Thomas CE Primary School in Huddersfield is seeking a dynamic Grade 6 Educational Teaching Assistant (SEND) to support pupils with a passion for inclusion and progress. You will work closely with teaching staff across EYFS to KS2, delivering one-to-one and small-group interventions, supporting learning within a vibrant, caring school community.

Experience with children and familiarity with the national curriculum are essential, and the role includes safeguarding duties and an Enhanced DBS

You will also work alongside parents and external professionals to promote effective inclusion and excellent progress for all learners.
