St Thomas CE Primary School in Huddersfield is seeking a dynamic Grade 6 Educational Teaching Assistant (SEND) to support pupils with a passion for inclusion and progress. You will work closely with teaching staff across EYFS to KS2, delivering one-to-one and small-group interventions, supporting learning within a vibrant, caring school community.

Experience with children and familiarity with the national curriculum are essential, and the role includes safeguarding duties and an Enhanced DBS

As a Grade 6 Educational Teaching Assistant (SEND), you will work closely with teaching staff to provide high-quality support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs. Your role will include one-to-one support, small group interventions, and contributing to a positive and engaging classroom environment. You will also work alongside parents and external professionals to promote effective inclusion and excellent progress for all learners.
