Duties

You will support young adults with learning disabilities to gain and maintain employment. Your role includes assisting with initial and ongoing work-related training, supporting daily school duties, and encouraging students to challenge themselves and develop employment skills. You will work one-on-one with students both in classroom and employment settings, managing anxieties and frustrations, and helping them overcome challenges.
