Youth Worker needed in Northumberland.

Calling all passionate and dedicated individuals! Join our vibrant secondary school community as a Support Worker and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people. We're hiring for a full-time position in Northumberland starting in April until the end of the academic year.

We believe in empowering students to unlock their full potential and become confident, well-rounded individuals. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' development and building strong connections within our school community.

As a dedicated Youth Worker, you will work closely with students aged 11-16 to inspire, guide, and support their personal, social, and emotional development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Organising and delivering engaging activities that promote positive youth development.
  2. Providing mentoring and pastoral support to individual students or small groups.
  3. Creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging.

Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
