Job Title: Education Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Education Support Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, staff, and parents to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual who is passionate about education and supporting the needs of students. As an Education Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering set work to students, managing behaviour, and developing relationships with students, staff, and parents.

You will be confident in undertaking work to the KS3 and KS4 curriculum, and will have excellent knowledge of the curriculum and assessment frameworks. Your previous experience working with children in a teaching assistant or cover supervisor role will be invaluable in this position.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in TA or Cover Supervising roles.
