Education Solicitor - Bristol

Education solicitor is sought to join a reputable education team based in Bristol. You will be an experienced education law solicitor and have at least 4 years' PQE.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing expert legal advice and representation in education disputes, particularly in the areas of human rights and public law.
  2. Managing a varied caseload of education disputes, performing legal research, and developing case strategies.
  3. Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for cases.
  4. Contributing to the development and growth of the education practice within the firm.

Qualifications:

  1. 4-6 years of relevant legal experience in education disputes, human rights/public law in private practice.
  2. A strong understanding of the education sector and the legal frameworks that govern it.
  3. Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
