The Education team of this leading top-tier law firm is expanding and is seeking solicitors at all levels to advise educational institutions, both public and independent. The team has established a strong presence in the education sector and is now pursuing a major expansion across its national network.

Summary

An overview of the Education team

The clients include multi-academy trusts, single academy trusts, grammar schools, community and special maintained schools, as well as independent schools and universities. You will work closely with the Partner and Legal Director leading the team. The department advises on admissions, discrimination and equality act cases, regulatory issues, and governance matters.
