Education/SEN Solicitor

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the West Midlands who are seeking to hire an education and SEN lawyer on a rolling contract for 3 months.

This position can be offered as fully remote, yet local candidates would be considered highly.

Ideal Candidate Will:

1. Have at least 3 years PQE.
2. Have previous experience with SEN appeals, exclusions tribunals.
3. Ideally have experience with s4441s.
4. Be comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision.
5. Be experienced working in the public sector.
