Empowering Learning are seeking a driven Education Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background to take ownership of their desk and be rewarded for success.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven sales role where you will:
Proactively generate new business through cold calling, client visits, and networking.
Develop long-term relationships with schools, becoming their trusted recruitment partner.
Source and place candidates into Primary, Secondary, or SEND roles, driving revenue growth.
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission as your reward.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
We are looking for a confident, commercially minded salesperson who:
Has at least 18 months' recruitment or sales experience (education recruitment preferred).
Loves hitting targets and thrives in a competitive, results-focused environment.
Is resilient, ambitious, and motivated by success.
Builds strong client and candidate relationships with confidence.
Holds a full UK driving licence (essential for client visits).
