Are you a natural salesperson who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and smashing targets? Empowering Learning are seeking a driven Education Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background to take ownership of their desk and be rewarded for success.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, target-driven sales role where you will:

  • Proactively generate new business through cold calling, client visits, and networking.

  • Develop long-term relationships with schools, becoming their trusted recruitment partner.

  • Source and place candidates into Primary, Secondary, or SEND roles, driving revenue growth.

  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission as your reward.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.

About You

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded salesperson who:

  • Has at least 18 months' recruitment or sales experience (education recruitment preferred).

  • Loves hitting targets and thrives in a competitive, results-focused environment.

  • Is resilient, ambitious, and motivated by success.

  • Builds strong client and candidate relationships with confidence.

  • Holds a full UK driving licence (essential for client visits).
