Smile Education Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join the MSP division. You will manage day-to-day staffing for a network of schools, sourcing and interviewing Teachers and Support staff while maintaining strong partnerships with schools and agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or staffing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements across a network of schools.
• Build relationships with school leaders, candidates and partner agencies.
• Source, screen and interview Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff.
• Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems.
• Work with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability.
• Address staffing challenges and provide recruitment solutions.
• Manage timesheets, bookings and placement administration.
• Deliver an outstanding recruitment service to schools and education professionals.
