The Role

You will be responsible for managing various schools across Liverpool, by building relationships with contacts and regularly visiting your clients. This is an active role where you will manage a portfolio of existing schools already utilizing our clients services, as well as seeking to onboard new clients.

About You

  • At least 12 months’ recruitment experience, ideally within the education sector
  • You must already be located in Liverpool or within reasonable travelling distance to their centrally based office.
  • You enjoy the sales and business development aspect of recruitment
  • A confident, driven and target driven individual who can manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • The ability to build credibility with clients and develop longstanding relationships
