Teaching Personnel Preston is seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant to play a pivotal role across Lancashire and Merseyside. You will manage your own portfolio of primary and secondary schools, sourcing, interviewing and placing teachers and support staff, with uncapped commission and a clear promotion path.

The role offers a warm desk, persistent performance targets, and hybrid working with annual earn potential up to £75,000.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required; frequent travel to client schools across Lancashire & Merseyside
• Customer-facing, sales or education experience is helpful
• Passion for education and helping others succeed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding service
• Sales-focused with track record in performance-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Manage own portfolio of Primary and Secondary schools across Lancashire & Merseyside
• Make regular sales calls to warm and cold clients
• Source, interview and support teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
• Match candidates with roles that suit their skills and values
• Build lasting, trust-based relationships with school leaders
• Handle daily bookings, long-term placements, and permanent recruitment
• Achieve personal and team goals and continuously push yourself
