You will be responsible for managing various schools across the area, building relationships with contacts and regularly visiting your clients. This is an active role where you will manage a portfolio of existing schools already utilising our client's services, as well as seeking to onboard new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of schools and build strong relationships with contacts
• Visit clients regularly to ensure service satisfaction and to develop new business opportunities
• Seek to onboard new schools and expand the client base

Requirements:

• At least 12 months’ recruitment experience, ideally within the education sector
• Located in Aberystwyth or within reasonable travelling distance to the office
• Enjoys sales and business development aspects of recruitment
• Confident, driven, and target-oriented
• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
• Ability to build credibility with clients and develop long-term relationships
• Support of an established compliance department
