Integra People is seeking an ambitious 360 Education Recruitment Consultant in Warrington (office based) to win new business, build lasting partnerships with schools, academies and local authorities, and place teachers, tutors and education professionals.

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement, while delivering consultative solutions that boost outcomes for children and schools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a 360 Education Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven track record of new business development with schools, academies and local authorities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with clients at all levels.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow a profitable desk.
• Excellent organisation and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement.
• Develop new business opportunities whilst growing long-term partnerships with schools, academies, trusts and local authorities.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of teachers, tutors, teaching assistants and specialist education professionals.
• Source outstanding candidates through job boards, networking, referrals and social media.
• Deliver consultative recruitment solutions that genuinely add value to both clients and candidates.
• Champion safeguarding and compliance, ensuring the highest standards across every placement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise opportunities across existing accounts and new business.
• Build a profitable, sustainable desk while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 07:30 – 16:00
