Niche Education are a rapidly growing business, and are looking to expand their current team!

We are an agency that is currently looking to grow our current team and has a fresh approach to Education Recruitment and a team of people who are experts in their field and love what they do.

Our Middlesbrough branch has been open for 5 years now and is friendly and supportive, has already developed a fantastic reputation within the area and is ready to welcome a new Recruitment Consultant.

The successful individual will be passionate about Education, be keen to do the 'right thing' for both schools and staff, and will be both hardworking and resilient. They will work with schools across Teesside to provide a high quality service, by sourcing the best teachers and support staff on the market.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be the link between our schools and candidates and will cover a specific sector. Our Middlesbrough office covers a large geographical area, and as such a full driving licence is preferred.

Within Niche Education, there is over 10 years of recruitment experience within our office, so you will have access to a supportive network, who will always be happy to help. As such, we are happy to accept applications from both experienced consultants and those with little to no experience who believe they'd be a good fit.

Responsibilities:

1. Show resilience and enthusiasm to work within Education
2. Work well under pressure
3. Have a strong work ethic
4. Be confident and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

They will:

1. Be able to develop and maintain a candidate database by sourcing and recruiting high quality specialist staff
2. Liaise with client schools to build relationships and match candidates to placements
3. Maintain a high standard of communication and customer service
4. Contribute positively to the team environment
