The Role:

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing a desk, building strong relationships with schools and education professionals, and providing exceptional recruitment solutions. What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 12 months of experience in education recruitment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
