Our client is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join their thriving branch to work on Primary, Secondary, or SEND desks.

Education Recruitment Consultant - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Build upon existing relationships with schools to assist with their recruitment needs, including daily, long-term, and permanent placements.
2. Manage warm and cold desks.
3. Conduct business development calls and arrange meetings with HR managers, headteachers, etc.
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to convert sales leads.
5. Maintain and develop client relationships.
6. Attract suitable candidates using various methods.
7. Follow company regulations for candidate registrations.
8. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
9. Place candidates to meet client requirements and achieve targets.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
11. Meet KPI targets and financial goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm.
• Full UK driver’s license.
• Ability to work well within a small team.
• Confidence in speaking with candidates and clients.
• Desire to go above and beyond.
