Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bristol for an Education Recruitment Consultant. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing the recruitment process, consulting with schools, conducting screening interviews, and matching candidates to the appropriate roles within educational institutions.

The consultant will also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with both schools and our candidates to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.

It\u2019s fast paced, and extremely reactive to staffing shortages so an ability and love for plate juggling is a must (not literal plates don\u2019t panic!).

Training in recruitment will be provided if you haven\u2019t worked in the industry before.

We are looking for individuals that are:

• Hard Working - Giving 100% effort - 100% of the time
• Resilient - Dealing with knockbacks, being let down and ending up taking two steps back at times when you\u2019ve literally taken just one step forward!
• Motivated - Why would you get out of bed early in the mornings to start a career in recruitment - In winter it\u2019s dark on the way in and dark on the way home - so we want to know why you want this.

• None required! - However, please see above in regards to the hard work, resilience and your motivations...
• Strong Communication skills - You will be on the phone the majority of your day - talking, not on Instagram!!
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team - what a cliché! It\u2019s true though - we are one lovely team here but your desk is yours and you can generate as much business as you want - again see the above points on hard work, resilience and motivation.

Lastly, I cannot iterate this enough - it\u2019s early starts. We are based just off Whiteladies Road - A lovely place to be but probably not so much with a 45min-1 hour commute when you need to be in the office at 7am... However, every 6 weeks there is a school holiday and you get to have a lie in! We offer reduced hours - still on full pay during the holiday periods! So its a win win really!
