Role Title: Education Programme Support Officer
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Manchester
Contract: Full time, fixed term 6-month contract

About You:
- Experience of working within a busy, diverse, deadline driven working environment.
- Evidence of achievement within an internal service / support environment.
- IT Literate- with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Superb communication skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
What Will You be doing?
- Contributing to the efficient delivery of the education programme through offering support to the learner and tutor journey.
- Providing excellent customer service within the department, through completion of a range of administration & project-based tasks in a timely manner and to a high standard exceed customer expectations.
- Supporting and managing key relationships with venues, tutors and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standard of delivery of British Cycling education products and services.
- Supporting and optimising the course planning process based upon regional delivery plans and departmental targets.
- Contributing to the wider departmental and directorate priorities, strategy and culture as a positive, hardworking member of the team
- Working across departments to continue to develop the British Cycling database as part of the learner management system.
- Assisting with the administration of marketing initiatives including updating and maintaining the course programme on the website and integrating the digital offer.
