Job description

Role Title: Education Programme Support Officer

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Location: Manchester

Contract: Full time, fixed term 6-month contract

About You:
•Experience of working within a busy, diverse, deadline driven working environment.
•Evidence of achievement within an internal service / support environment.
•IT Literate- with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•Superb communication skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
•Excellent attention to detail.

What Will You be doing?
•Contributing to the efficient delivery of the education programme through offering support to the learner and tutor journey.
•Providing excellent customer service within the department, through completion of a range of administration & project-based tasks in a timely manner and to a high standard exceed customer expectations.
•Supporting and managing key relationships with venues, tutors and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standard of delivery of British Cycling education products and services.
•Supporting and optimising the course planning process based upon regional delivery plans and departmental targets.
•Contributing to the wider departmental and directorate priorities, strategy and culture as a positive, hardworking member of the team
•Working across departments to continue to develop the British Cycling database as part of the learner management system.
•Assisting with the administration of marketing initiatives including updating and maintaining the course programme on the website and integrating the digital offer.
