Job summary

Middlesbrough Football Club Foundation is recruiting an Education Coordinator to lead the delivery and oversight of education programmes under Premier League Inspires and USW partnership. You will coordinate, mentor staff and ensure high-quality learner outcomes across partner schools.

Working within the Education Team, you will monitor KPIs, manage records, and maintain safeguarding standards while building strong relationships with funders, schools and stakeholders to drive impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and managing educational programmes.
• Experience with youth work practices and one-to-one mentoring.
• Experience supporting young people not in education, employment or training.
• Experience building links with parents/carers/families and other agencies.
• Experience delivering accredited qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of education programmes across partner schools.
• Mentor education staff to deliver high-quality sessions.
• Monitor programme KPIs and funding requirements and take action where needed.
• Ensure programme delivery meets funders, partners and Foundation requirements.
• Maintain accurate programme records, data and evidence for monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate curriculum planning and delivery aligned with outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with schools, funders, partners and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on safeguarding, quality assurance and professional practice.
• Support staff mentoring and interventions to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Ensure safeguarding, risk assessments and policies are followed.
• Support programme reviews, reporting and development for growth.
