Ablaze is seeking an Education Programme Manager to deliver workshops for NEET young people in Bristol. The successful candidate will have experience working with schools and delivering impactful sessions, helping to support our Career Mentoring Programme.
This part-time role (28 hours/week) includes responsibilities such as building partnerships, leading workshops, and reporting on programme impacts. A flexible, hybrid working environment is offered, along with benefits like annual leave and personal volunteering days.

Ablaze is an independent charity that exists to tackle inequality of opportunity for young people across the West of England. We do this by harnessing the skills and commitment of business volunteers to deliver a range of programmes for young people aged 7-25. We work to support those who are under‑served, under‑estimated, disengaged or lacking social collateral.
We are seeking a confident and motivated Education Programme Manager to deliver workshops on our Employment & Skills programme for 16‑24-year-olds and support with our Career Mentoring Programme. This role will work closely with existing team members including our Senior Programme Manager and Employment and Skills Project Manager and focus on high‑quality workshop delivery and meaningful impact measurement. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with young people, including those who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET and confident building relationships with teachers, employers and delivery partners. They will also play a key role in ensuring our programmes remain relevant, engaging and responsive to the needs of the young people we support.
Location: Bristol
Working hours: 28 hours/week (minimum 2 days in the office)
Job type: Part time - 0.8, initial contract for 2 years.
