Job summary

Cheshire College South & West is seeking a part-time School Partnerships Coordinator to join the Marketing and School Partnerships team at Chester & Ellesmere Port campuses. You will develop relationships with schools and careers professionals to support recruitment and progression.

You will coordinate outreach activities, plan events, and work with Marketing, Admissions and Curriculum to meet recruitment targets. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, and DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with young people, parents and staff.
• Experience planning, organising and delivering events or engagement activities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure.
• GCSE Maths & English C (4/5) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local secondary schools and stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver outreach events such as open days, tasters, careers fairs and visits.
• Support student recruitment targets with college marketing and admissions teams.
• Promote post-16 programmes to pupils and parents with accurate information and guidance.
• Identify opportunities for new partnerships aligned with strategic goals.
• Stay informed on education policies and local school developments.
