We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and proactive Education Operations Manager to join our growing London team. This fast-paced, hands-on role is central to our student success journey, supporting education programs and ensuring smooth operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Student Enrolment
- Handle initial online inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and website
- Review applications, conduct academic assessments, and orient new students
- Track application progress
- Issue offer letters
- Prepare and facilitate contract signing
- Process payments
Onboarding
- Set up student and parent portal accounts
- Provision system access
- Distribute individual study plans
- Create and monitor payment calendars
Technology and Systems Management
- Evaluate and select operational systems for enrollment and onboarding
- Streamline workflows and automate administrative processes
- Manage databases and student information systems
- Oversee data analytics and reporting dashboards
- Track performance metrics across platforms
Academic Programme Support
- Update curriculum systems
- Assist with class scheduling and coordination
- Track academic progress and assess performance
- Customize study plans and adjust schedules as needed
- Implement new tutor recruitment tracking systems
Ongoing Mentorship & Personal Support
- Schedule mentorship sessions
- Coordinate projects, research, and work experience opportunities
- Manage alumni network
Client Relations
- Monitor student progress
- Manage parent relationships
- Handle issues and provide support
- Track payments, manage onboarding, and renewals
- Prepare and distribute student progress reports to parents
Operational Management
- Manage student enrollment and onboarding platforms
- Oversee shared inboxes
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and parents
- Process regional payments
- Manage IT systems and platforms, including student portals and LMS
External Relationships
- Assist with conference management in Hong Kong, UAE, and Singapore
Medical School Application Support
- Plan application timelines and prepare documents
- Coordinate references and support application submissions
- Follow up post-application and guide offer management
- Support results day and medical school transition
Post A-Level Results Support
- Plan graduation and university enrollment
- Track application outcomes and alumni engagement
- Assist with White Coat Day organization
SALARY RANGE: £30,000–£40,000 per year
LOCATION: Mostly remote, with monthly travel to London for meetings and conferences
