The Farnley Academy in the United Kingdom invites applications for a Business Manager. You will oversee the business support team, covering admin, finance, premises maintenance, HR and health and safety, ensuring smooth, efficient operations in support of our pupils.

The successful candidate will advise the Principal and Governing Body on non-teaching activities, lead on ICT and data management, and work with a proactive, flexible approach to change within a dynamic academy environment.

Qualificações

• Has a Level 4 diploma for school business managers or other relevant Level 4 qualification, or willing to work towards.
• Has excellent ICT skills (Microsoft Office) including ability to mail merge and use databases.
• Has an understanding of HR procedures such as absence management, grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively, with a wide range of people, face to face and over the telephone.
• Is confident, enthusiastic, flexible and responsive to change.

Responsabilidades
