Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Abbey Gardens School in Suffolk. You will deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to students within an education setting, collaborating with the school team to promote independence and well-being.

The role involves managing an OT caseload with supervision, contributing to staff training, and aligning with OFG Ways of Working. Salary up to £53,200 FTE DOE, 2 days per week, 8:30–16:30, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and up to date HCPC Registration.
• Registered member of RCOT.
• Relevant experience in providing occupational therapy services within a similar setting.
• Experience with neurodivergent learners or SEMH needs.
• Independence in school-based OT practice with collaboration when needed.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car.
• Interest in sensory integration or SI training (preferred).
