Outcomes First Group (OFG) is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for Abbey Gardens School in Suffolk. The role focuses on delivering tailored assessments and interventions for students with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs, within a multidisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with the education team to craft personalised pathways, manage your own caseload, and participate in ongoing training and research opportunities.

Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current HCPC registration and RCOT membership.
• Experience with neurodivergent learners or learning difficulties.
• Strong OT theory knowledge and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent report writing and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
• Interest in sensory integration practices (training preferred but not essential).

Responsabilités

• Deliver tailored Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions for students.
• Collaborate with the education team to create personalised pathways for each student.
• Manage your own caseload with supervision from a clinical lead.
• Engage in ongoing training and research projects with the team.
