Overview
- Developing strong professional relationships with the children and young people who have complex needs and have often experienced significant difficulties in previous education settings.
- Deliver planned learning through a range of creative and interest based activities.
- Understand the importance of emotional regulation and can implement strategies to support/model this appropriately.
- Have detailed knowledge of attachment disorder and how this impacts students.
- Following the guidance in each person's individual risk assessment/student plan to support them to manage their anxiety and behaviour in a positive way and to keep them and others safe.
- Utilise a range of strategies in supporting the range of additional needs we work with.

- Earning between £18 - 23 an hour delivering learning 1:1, you'll build incredible relationships and inspire young people to achieve their goals. Often our students are disengaged from education and this is your opportunity to show them how amazing learning can be. Learning can take place anywhere the student is engaged, safe, motivated and provoked into discovery., You'll earn between 18 and £23 per hour based on experience.
